TEMPORARY CESSATION OF OUR TRAVEL CLINIC SERVICE

Dear Patients

Due to unforeseen circumstances our nursing team has temporarily reduced in size.

In order to continue providing you with NHS care, we have had to suspend our travel clinic services from 10/11/2016 until further notice.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause and we hope you understand that due to current excessive demands our focus is on trying to maintain our NHS services to you.

For travel information and vaccinations you can visit your local pharmacy or travel clinic(Charges may apply). We will provide you with your vaccination history free of charge.

Yours sincerely
