This is an emergency-advisory service providing telephone advice by a nursing sister. If it is considered necessary to see a doctor you will be offered an appointment at the Primary Care Centre at Hillingdon Hospital, Watford General Hospital or Northwick Park Hospital. Emergency home visits will be available for severely ill patients.

The Minor Injuries Department at Mount Vernon Hospital is also open from 09:00 to 20:00 every day.
