Wasted Appointments
The Patient Participation Group is conducting a survey why our patients
miss appointments. In September 2011, 105 patients missed their appointments
without cancelling.
The survey is anonymous and takes just a couple of minutes to complete.

to get a blood test
When you are given a blood test form you may:-
Attend Northwood Health Centre (Neal Close) Monday,
Wednesday or Friday mornings only by appointment - telephone
01895 488830, or Mount Vernon Hospital Pathology Department (adjacent to
Postgraduate Centre) 08:00am to 4:45pm (no appointment required)
