to get a blood test
When you are given a blood test form you may:-
Attend Northwood Health Centre (Neal Close) weekday mornings only by appointment
(excluding Tuesday).
Telephone: 01923 827744 or Mount Vernon Hospital Pathology Department (adjacent
to Postgraduate Centre) 08:00am to 4:45pm (no appointment required)
