Email Addresses

We will now be using email as our preferred method of contacting you and therefore it is extremely important that you keep us up to date with your email address.

These details are used by your GP and other NHS services to contact you about screening, vaccinations or appointments.

You can add missing information, or fix an issue with your contact details, by logging into your NHS account or by using the NHS App.

If you are unable to update your details this way, please use the form below or get in touch with us and we will update your NHS record for you.

Language

It will also assist Mountwood Surgery, if patients added their first/preferred language or if there is a need for an interpreter. We have limited access to interpreters, but with notice we can usually arrange for an interpreter to telephone in during your appointment.

If you require an interpreter when you see your doctor, please notify the receptionist when booking the appointment. Sharing that information now will assist the practice.
