The appointments desk is open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Please let us know as early as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment.

We are fortunate to have a friendly and dedicated team who are available to help you. For your benefit the reception team work to strict protocols and guidelines. To ensure that we can assist you as speedily as possible, they may need to ask you further details.

Urgent appointment on the same day
In order to improve our service to our patients, we have developed a nurse triage system for patients requiring urgent medical treatment. Our fully trained Nurse Practitioners now assess those patients who feel their condition is urgent. It is very helpful if you can give reception staff some indication of the nature of the problem in order to prioritise.

Booking appointments in advance
It may be more convenient for you to book your appointment in advance. Generally appointments with Doctors can be made up to four weeks in advance and nurses five weeks. Please make sure you keep your appointment or if circumstances change - telephone to either cancel or rebook.
