Living with Dementia offers many challenges, wherever you are on your journey.  

We are pleased to offer an interactive session on Dementia on Wednesday 27th August ,1-2.30pm, at Mountwood Surgery.

We will be discussing how to understand dementia, coping strategies, support available in the community and a Q&A .
